Mr. Antonio Santana
October 2024
Dear South Country Families and Community Members,
As we move through the first quarter and trimester of the school year, it’s truly heartening to see the continued positivity and optimism that marked the beginning of this journey. Both students and staff have seamlessly adjusted to the demands of the school year, and it’s been incredibly rewarding to witness our students fully engaged in learning, participating in extracurricular activities, and excelling in sports—all of which have reinvigorated our school spirit.
October is shaping up to be a busy and exciting month. We are celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month with meaningful observations, hosting fall festivals, college fairs, pumpkin picking, and a range of Halloween activities. School photos are being taken, and on the academic front, our high school students are preparing for the PSAT and SAT exams, which will be administered on October 22 to all sophomores, juniors, and seniors. A major highlight will be our Homecoming Parade and Game on Saturday, October 26, which promises to be a wonderful display of community pride and Clipper spirit. We’re eager to embrace a month full of learning, joy, and memorable experiences for students of all ages.
At ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø, our mission is to cultivate an environment where teachers, students, administrators, parents, and community members come together to support one shared goal—providing the very best educational experience for our students. We’re proud to reflect the positivity and strength of the South Country community, where collaboration is key, and growth is celebrated. Most importantly, we never lose sight of the fact that school should be fun and enriching for everyone involved.
We are excited about the great possibilities this school year holds. With the collective energy, dedication, and support of our community, I am confident we will achieve new heights of success and growth for every student.
It is both a pleasure and an honor to serve as your Superintendent. I look forward to a year filled with growth, learning, and success for our entire South Country family.
Warm regards,
Antonio Santana
